Need help identifying this very old scooter

Lost the charger for this and spent hours looking for it at random days across 4 years. Got it for my birthday and was provided by my grandma in Italy. Looking to restore this thing for some fun or maybe even paddock travel in pro gokarting like others do. It doesn’t say the make or model so I was hoping to find an answer here. (Tried my best on the photos)
