How to access DLC?

I am on NG+2 at lvl 238 last time I played was October of last year on ps4. Since then I’ve bought a PS5 and converted the PS4 saved file to the PS5. I’ve beat everyone in the main game before downloading the DLC yet I cannot access the content at miquella cocoon. What do I need to do?
