Give me your best rice cake hack

I just crushed rice cake into my chicken thigh salsa dinner because I didn’t feel like waiting an hour for brown rice to cook. It was filling and sopped up the salsa in just the right way.

How else do use rice cakes? I only ever top them with tuna.
