Overnight Oats and Almond Milk

I want to make Overnight Oats with Almond Milk, Peanut Butter, Chia Seeds, and Oats. I would take them out of the fridge at about 5:30am when I leave for the gym and not eat them until about 8am when I get to work. Is that too long out of the fridge? I think I may be ok because there's no dairy?
