EQ Bank app is a disaster

Is anyone else finding the EQ banking app is slowly but surely becoming unusable? It used to be relatively decent, but in the last few months I've observed significant slowdown when loading pages, when refreshing after transactions etc. sometimes it'll show those homepage outlines as it does when the page is loading, but the page never appears. My phone is only 2 months old, my internet is decent. It's getting to a point now where I'm considering moving banks. Am I the only one this is happening to where weird things happen when using the app?
