Wrong item received, no response

Wondering if anyone else has gotten the wrong item and been able to get a response from EK support recently?

I had received a waterblock (not my radiator) on Jan 13 and attempted to open a ticket the same day via https://www.ekwb.com/shop/gorgias-support and selected "Product return". This didn't send any email to confirm receipt, so I have no idea if it went through. I had then sent an email to support [at] ekwb.com on Jan 20 as I noticed the invoice says you only have 8 working days to report any wrong/missing items. Also no auto-reply on that either.

There was no packing slip or invoice in the box, not sure if that's normal. In reviewing the FedEx tracking, it's clear the weight doesn't match the weight listed on the emailed invoice either. Of course I also had to pay $42 in customs fees for this incorrect item...

Now that my 8 days are up, I'm hoping there's some leeway with all their internal backlog... as I have absolutely no use for a waterblock for a GPU that costs over $10k.

If somebody ordered a RTX 6000 block and got a X420M radiator instead, maybe we can figure something out :)

Any other suggestions of ways to reach out? My next thought was to go through PayPal on Monday as that will be the start of week 3.
