Decks that can sit back and occur value while still having a clear win con

I’ve been wanting to build a new deck for a very long time I just havent found anything that has clicked for me however. 4/5 decks have red in them and 3 of those 5 are really aggro so I’m looking for a deck that slows me down a bit. My 2 commanders that can sit back are [[Ghave]] and [[Marchesa, the black rose]] as I can just chill without needing to be aggro while still being able to progress the game by either aristocrats stuff or piecing a combo together. I really enjoy aristocrats with all the plays it can make especially at instant speed and how everything pieces together together to form a an engine with many moving parts yet I can still easily get from A to B in a simple to understand way. I also prefer 2-3 color decks
