Help with snake tribal deck.

Hey ,

I have been building this Snake Tribal Deck for a bit now and i do enjoy mostly how it works. The main idea is to pump ou 1/1 Snake tokens and then Buff them as my wincon.

The problem is im rather bad at optimizing, so i have this rough idea but zave no clue what to cut / include to optimize the deck more.
