Keychain Pen and Pocket Notebook Recommendations? / Out with the Old, in with the New EDC

After a little more than a year carrying these items, I finally got to updrage part of my EDC.

I’m trying to built a keychain focused EDC. I may later upgrade the multitool and the magnets.

Any suggestion for a great keychain pen? Also looking for a highly comfortable pocket notebook. Any other item to add to my keychain?
