AN or ARFID?
Recently the ED thoughts are getting louder and mentally causing me havoc, even though I’m eating at maintenance. Recently I’ve found that the thought of food, even my safe foods, makes me slightly nauseous. Sometimes while eating my safe foods, I suddenly get grossed out and don’t want to finish or if I do finish my food I can’t get the taste out of my head.
I can’t tell if this is just my disordered thoughts manifesting or if it’s some sort of new ARFID pattern. Any ideas?
