how does the average person not have an ed
this may come across as invalidating to others with an ed, but to me as someone who does have one, i wonder how the average person, especially teen, doesn’t have an ed? I mean ive heard so many of my friends talk about their eating habits and i just dont get how they dont. One counts protein and goes to gym daily, one is complaining about being 100 lbs and one talks about how she’s insecure about bloating and failed at her no sugar diet. I mean with any of these factors in consideration I feel like I would have developed an ED, especially with their mind set and motivation to be skinny. Even my brother tried low cal high protein and worked out like crazy for a while, but doesnt count anymore, so how do they not have food noises or ED? I mean like this is just people I know, but even online I see everyones longing desire to be skinny and the recent trend of “see you this summer in the smallest bikini.” I just dont get how they dont develop them by seeing that, knowing about cals, and all of that idk.
