So like... how do you guys pass the time?
Most of y'all admit to not having the capacity for pretty much any leisure activities or hobbies thanks to brain fog and shot focus. So how do you kill enough time to get to your next meal?
When I try to remember how I used to spend my days, planning meals, reading about nutrients, watching Youtube, and barely doing school doesn't sound like enough to fill 16 hours... But I also swear time moves differently when I'm restricting.
