Does anyone else have rules you still abide by during binges?
I’ve been stuck in an exhausting binge restrict cycle ever since starting college in August. Anytime there’s cafeteria food I like or food I haven’t had before, or if I’m home during breaks, my brain just switches to binge mode and I eat until I’m so uncomfortably full and try to make up for it the next few days (before binging again).
Even during my binges where I just stuff myself plate after plate, I still use napkins to dab off grease, refuse to drink liquid calories, never use butter, oil, or nut butters. I usually still won’t eat bread or use salad dressings. Sometimes I’ll chew and spit desserts, and other times I’ll swallow them. I also even still weigh my food and log it most of the time (but if it’s a bad one I give up and just log a high number 💀)
