Did anyone else develop an ED after weight loss?
I went from a BMI of 35 to a BMI of 21 in less than a year and even though I'm "healthy" now, my relationship with food and exercise is awful and entirely unhealthy.
I've gone from not caring about my activity levels and what I was eating to obsessing over every single number and metric. I've forced myself into maintenance because I've lost my period, but my maintenance is a case of a vile and planned binge/restrict cycle.
To top it off I'm autistic too, for me the data and routine is something that fuels me and has only made me even more disordered.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
