Banned for no reason with no email

Anyone have the same problem as me I went on here this morning it worked fine went on there this afternoon to discover this I have been in contact with their team now waiting for response

BTW there was no reason for the ban and went on my ea account and there was no ban or suspension history and no email from them explaining why
