Everyone man marked and constantly being pressed

What's going on with the insane man marking this year? Feel like every player is man marked, making it look like your opponent uses constant pressure while he isn't.

Slow build up / possession kinda makes it easier to play against it, but it still feels like you're constantly being pressed.
