Photo streaker?
Listen… I know this is crazy but I’m trying to prove to some folks that the internet can answer any question. My friends went to Dublin in 2014 and were taking a family photo when this man crashed it and pulled out his Willy Wonka. Mostly what we are wondering is- has anyone else experienced this in Dublin? Is this a one time occurance, or was he a repeat offender? (Photo edited for decency)
