I need to have opinion on which is the best car to get as first new driver in UAE and never drove a car before all of the car listed are used

1- Nissan Sunnny 2020 2- Mitsubishi Attrage 2020 3- Totya yaris 2019 or 2020

Budget from 30k to 40k AED maximum 45k
