How many of you folks are mallus, but grew up outside Kerala, but within India ?

Since GCC has everything Kerala has and sometimes even more than Kerala, we wouldn't consider this "outside Kerala." That is the reason why I specifically mentioned "within India."

So, how was it when you guys landed up here first and had access to everything mallu?
