Need help building Gaming PC

I plan on getting a PC and need help with the specs

Asus GeForce RTX 3060 V2

Asus TUF Gaming B550-PLUS WIFI

AMD Ryzen 5 5600X

Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 32 GB

SAMSUMG 980 1TB SSD

Seagate Barracuda 2TB

Corsair RM750 8P Plus Gold

Lian Li O11 Dynamic Evo Gaming Case

Lian Li UNI Fan SL120

These are the specs i want to go for, i want an all white rgb setup (I really care about this), i want it to run some basic timeless games like dota, valorant, gtaV, sims4, pubg, mostly co op games etc. Im also getting a 165hz monitor with this build and i might get a cheaper second monitor if it can support it. Another thing i need the pc for is graphic designing and video editing so ill be using premier pro and other adobe products as well.

All of this is around 5k on amazon in total (i wont buy everything from amazon, will probably check out the computer market here in dubai as well) and my budget is 5k as well. If you have any specific shop recommendations where i should get all the parts, please let me know it will be a big help. And please tell me if this build is good enough.

Edit: the only things white in this setup are the RAM, case and the fans. It's supposedly a black and white pc but the case needs to be white. The rest i dont mind them being black if i can save up a few bucks
