Why TF is only Kurt teaching CS277 this year?

I checked the tms for this year and only kurt is listed as the prof for 277. I specifically skipped this class last year so that I can take it with long or Yusuf this year. Is Kurt the only one who teaches this class now? Can't they get long or Yusuf to teach it?
