Help! Saiyan Build!

Okay so I used to play the hell out of this game in its prime time and have recently returned. I just don't know what to do with my attributes honestly and it's overwhelming. I just want to know how to make an actual "best" build. Like I don't know what the best skills are and the best way to get a QQ bang and where to put attributes. Thank you everyone!
