So frustrating! Never buying docs again.
I am so frustrated with Docs!! I have 4 pairs of docs sandals. Two pairs broke on me less than a year after I bought them. I had one pair rebuckled by a local cobbler. They look stupid because the fixed buckle is brass while the other two buckles are silver. But I still wear them anyway.
However, today. I was just walking normally when my buckle snapped. Like, wtf. I bought these in June!
I contacted Docs and they said since I bought them at Journeys that they can't do anything about it. And journeys said they can't do anything about it because it's been more than 30 days. Yeah, more than 30 days, but less than a year!! I've only worn them like 20-30 times? Like my docs should NOT be snapping that quickly.
Ugh, frustrated.
