are Domino's drivers not allowed to accept tips at the door?

Every time I order from Domino's with my credit card, none of the drivers give me the credit card slip to add a tip. I find this very strange because I thought pizza delivery drivers live off of tips. Is Domino's one of the few companies that actually pays their driver's a living wage?
