Is this normal for 7 days post-op?

My 7 month pittie got neutered 7 days ago and I’m concerned that he’s not healing properly.

I know some swelling is normal but it looks as if he still has his testicles (or at least one). It’s also hard to the touch.

He doesn’t seem to be in any pain, isn’t bleeding or oozing so I don’t think it’s infected but I just want to make sure.
