Is this normal play?

These are my 2 babies 1 is a 1year old GSD female(Bossy) and another one is 4 month old Pomeranian-indie mix(Polo). Sometimes I am worried about how they play as you can see in the video my gsd grabs him by his neck and drags and polo makes that crying noise (but stops as soon as she leaves his nick) so I have to tell bossy to stop or leave then she leaves. This is nothing serious right coz the way she grabs and drags him It scares me if she will pierce his neckby accident. And polo also plays very rough and agressively as he have sharp teeth he has put so many little cuts on bossy's nose and mouth area . And he bites his legs and tail also and he shows his teeth while playing. Idk what to think of it please let me know Thanks in advance
