DAE feel a really odd melancholy when they rub their nipples?

I don't know how to describe it really, I just feel kinda sad when I or someone else rubs my nipples. I managed to find a single article online about something called "sad nipple syndrome" but I couldn't find anyone really talking about it. Does anyone else get this?
