Cleric: Protection Domain

Hey guys! This is my first real attempt at homebrew. It's based on the old Unearthed Arcana Cleric Protection Domain. That one seemed a bit all over the place and it focused more on retribution damage than protecting allies. My goal here was to make this domain feel more like it's about protecting allies from harm and a subtheme of healing them if they do get harmed. I'd love your feedback on both flavor and balance.

I had an especially difficult time deciding the Domain Spells. I initially had more healing abilities in the class so I wanted healing spells, but I thought it wasn't focused enough, and Life Clerics already exist. I also wanted to do more with converting lost temporary hit points into hit points for your allies, like the Channel Divinity, but in general, but that required me to fill the Domain Spell list with a bunch of temp hp off-class spells that ultimately didn't feel very "protectiony." Some levels, I just wanted too many spells, so I opted for the off-class spells, as the player can always prepare the Cleric spells (like Death Ward, for example, or Cure Wounds). I also made an effort to try to include at least one Range: Self spell in every level so the class feature could be used more. I'm a bit worried about something I might be missing breaking converting Self spells to Touch, but I really liked the mechanic.
