[oc] What would happen if two Metallic Dragons that transformed into humans had a kid?

What would happen if two Metallic Dragons transform into humans and had a kid with each other. But they didn't know the other was also a dragon and they stayed human the whole time? I want to play a character like this but I'm not sure how it would work. please help.

also could it be different dragon types besides Metallic?
