DND beyond books

My friend shared some of her books on the DND beyond app, and I haven't been able to use any of the content. This wouldn't be a problem but since she shared them with me, I can't buy the books myself to get the features I wanted. What am I doing wrong? I just want the tasha cauldron of everything 🥲
