Wish spell

Hi everyone , im running the campaign "Beyond the witch light carnival" and I use a French dlc "Monstrueusement Mignon"

Thé dlc give stat of new Pet, like baby elemental/owl bear/etc

At the end, Zylbina can give 1 wish spell per player, and one ask if he can have a pet , i said : yes but maybe , in the future, his parents will try to get him back

His answer : you are so rude, can I create a baby owlbear withouth parent

And I am very confuse, I am the ass hole for not letting him "CREATE" a creature ?
