New Customer and already fed up

I switched over to direct tv stream after leaving spectrum only to become involved with horrible customer service and tech support. I have an issue with my account where my log in does not work for third party apps (showtime, max, etc.) even though it’s clearly on my package and even though I can access these on the direct tv app itself. I have a preference of using the third party app for stuff like this.

Every time I try to log in, I get Incorrect user ID or password. Try again. Care code: 201 [LU100]

I have talked to tech support far more than I would ever want to. I have done their trouble shooting steps over 20 times each at this point. They have constantly told me they are working on the issue to give them 72 hours, more than 3 times already.

Still not working today, spoke to them, and they closed my ticket saying it was resolved. Yet I still can’t log in. They refuse to hear the issue is still on going.

The issue is on their end. My info is all correct every single time I try. Yet they have no idea wtf they are doing or how to solve the damn problem. It’s been 4 weeks at this point.

If anyone has ever came across this issue, please help me. Because apparently direct tv can’t fix their own crap.
