Can i use gcash without the sim?

Can i use the gcash app on my spare phone without a sim card inserted? The spare phone will be the one registered linked to my gcash account. But i will use the sim on my main phone.

I need to restrict myself from the gcash app (addiction problems with glife) But need the ability to use the the gcash card to withdraw from atms and make payments via the app.

Will this work?
