Websites/Schools to Find Diesel Mechanics - Pennsylvania

Hi everyone,

My parents have bought a truck and heavy equipment repair shop out of Colmar, PA and I was wondering how you found your first job?

The shop currently has 2-3 diesel and auto mechanics but we wish to add 2 more in the next year or so - we do not mind limited expereince associates, as long as they are willing to learn.
