Diablo 2: Resurrected. How to Resolve a Motion-sickness Issue.

So, I've always gotten terrible motion sickness due to certain things in games (or riding in the back of a car). For example, in Dragon Age: Inquisition, I had to turn off motion blur (something I have to do for any game I play) and stop using the horse mechanic. Riding the horses in that game had me sick for about 14 hours straight after ~30 minutes of playing.

D2R is gorgeous, but in full-screen, it makes me sick in a matter of minutes. I could already tell if I kept playing in full-screen I'd be nauseated in 10 or 15 minutes. I have this issue with other newer games as well. Playing in windowed mode helps quite a bit for some reason, but my main question is: are there any other settings, specifically, that I might be able to disable in the game's graphics settings to improve this? The way the background blurs when the character runs is what is making me ill.

(As a note, I do not have this problem with Diablo 3.)

Thank you!

EDIT: I'm not sure why I am being downvoted. This is a personal issue, not a problem with the game, necessarily. I appreciate everyone's feedback!
