I can't continue my friendship with females

I didn't have female friends before covid i made 5-6 female friends but most of them were fallen for me out nowhere two of them confessed i said i don't see like they do.They removed me from their contacts this year one of my friend's ex whom i consider friend she asked out it was cliche to date friends ex thats why said it would be awkward after some time she stopped responding.I had a relationship with a girl therefore and i could not move on that.Im not looking forward to date anyone but my friendships not stable either
