Dread Language Runes? Maybe a starting point?

Are the Runes on the Back Wall of Rhulk's vault in Sundered Doctrine, the symbols for the Dread language? They're definitely, not Hive, Eliksni or Scorn runes. It'd be great if someone from Bungie could throw us a minimalist clue as to where to start...I tried checking the subreddit that was made to decode the language, but there hasn't been a post in 6 months. I wouldn't mind taking up the challenge of trying to decode these runes, but it'd be nice to know it's not a complete red herring before expending the energy.
