JD Vance Quadruples down on Jan 6th conspiracy theory

Conservatives have been riddling the public with disinformation with regards to the FBI instructing people to enter the capitol. Pointing to a video showing a person with an ear piece pulling people into the capitol. Apparently an ear piece is unfettered evidence that an unidentified person is an undercover agent. Luckily, we’ve been able to ID that person and it was no other that Israel James Easterday, a civilian whom was found guilty on multiple charges. That ended the undercover FBI conspiracy right?

WRONG. A justice department watchdog released an 88 page report(https://oig.justice.gov/sites/default/files/reports/25-011_0.pdf), detailing the FBI involvement in January 6th. There were no FBI agents or employees attending the protest according to the report. 26 FBI sources were in DC at the time. 4 CHS(confidential human sources - FBI informants) entered the Capitol during the riots and none were charged for any illicit behavior during the riot. The report completely and unutterly debunked the conspiracy theory that FBI agents conned MAGA supporters into bumrushing the capitol.

WRONG AGAIN. JD Vance posted a portion of the report detailing the 26 CHS presence in D.C.. Alluding that if you stated the conspiracy that the FBI was at the riot in DC, you’d be labeled a conspiracy theorist.

Truth unfortunately doesn’t matter anymore. It’s irrelevant that the report shows that there were no FBI Agents or Employees at the riot. It’s irrelevant that none of the 4 informants at the riot were indicted.

Double, triple, quadrupling down on conspiracy theories is a shameless tactic but we can’t deny it’s effectiveness.
