My skin won’t heal

This is a bit of a leading title because my skin does in fact heal from cuts and scrapes, most of the time. But I have had this red spot on my leg which came from a random blister that appeared Summer of 2024.

It didn’t fester or look infected, it closed over fairly quickly - but it looks as red as it was almost a year ago. I also have a similar red area which began from a normal spot on my arm from a year ago, it scabbed and healed over fast, but again is so red. It still gets really itchy and as if it’s still irritated.

I’m getting married in a few months and it’s so frustrating to have my skin just not heal from the red in these areas. I’ve always had issues with spots healing from scars, but I don’t have terrible acne or anything, just random non cystic spots which come and go.

Any advice or experience in healing these areas?
