Thoughts?

If you bought a shirt with lace and there’s a rip in the lace that’s noticeable would you ask for a refund it’s no where in the description that’s it’s ripped or anything but they won’t let me have one without return and I can’t return because my parents don’t wanna drive me to drop it off thoughts? Do I make a case idk what to do.
