Help pricing Tripp pants

I have this pair of Tripp pants and was wanting some guidance on pricing the only difference would be instead of a tie for the front it would be a the original button. Along with a little bit of tattered fabric at the ends of pant legs. I'm not near them rn so I'll have to take a photo tomorrow of mine. Only found one listing so I wanted some helps please, and thankies.
