I need help badly.

On Wednesday I notice my lymph nodes were swollen under my chin, Thursday while at work, I started feeling lightheaded so I left early and went home to check my temperature it was 101.8, Friday morning I noticed my one gum was swollen. Friday night, I started having a sore throat and seen white patches on my tonsils, Saturday morning I woke up with these legions all over my month, I went straight to urgent care , of course they had no idea what it was. Then tonight, I’m having shortness of breath. I have no idea what this is, but I’m going to the hospital tomorrow.
