XPS 9550 RAM Upgrade Issues

Purchased Ripjaws 32GB DDR4-2400 Kit to replace the stock 16GB. I have seated, and re-seated, in various combinations the SO-DIMM modules and it seems no matter what when both of the new modules are installed together I'm getting a static screen after logging into Windows 10. BIOS shows everything at proper speed and size. If I substitute the stock module - also in various combinations/orders - it appears to work just fine (using right now).

I'm not sure where to go next with the troubleshooting as the only bad experiences I've had with memory it was quite obvious. Anyone have suggestions or experienced anything similar that may be helpful?
