The Owls in episode 21

I've been listening for a few months and your shows are always enjoyable if not a little too well calibrated to tickle my "affirmation locus." So imagine me listening contently as you two do your thing with Brene Brown when there was an off hand mention of the guy who concluded that owls are somehow linked with extraterrestrial visitors!

I recently spent some time walking in the woods with the author of those books, and I heard many of those stories. He's an old friend of mine, so I listened patiently. We finished our walk shortly after sundown and as we were getting into our respective cars, an owl hooted in the adjacent woods. My friend immediately turned to me and said in an excited voice "do you know what this means?." I waited for the anticipated link to little green men, but he said "absolutely nothing!"

Perhaps there is hope?
