guy eats FIVE .308 shots

I understand 2-3 with a plate carrier, but I’m not sure he’s even wearing one? I know there’s an arm shot in there and a couple to the body but the last two are headshots (I think). First 3 shots were over 3 minutes of each other, the last shot was maybe 15 minutes after the previous. Is this normal? Does the blaze just kinda suck at single shot past 200m?
