What's bells level currently in the anime?

I just finished watching the 2 eps today after the 2 month break and they were cooking. Ryu is best girl. But, the long break kinda made me forget what bells level is right now. Is he still level 4 or did he level up to 5? I can't remember, but I would appreciate if u guys could answer that for me.
