Honestly I hate this sub

I’m gonna go on a little rant here, I used to use DPH (Around 500-1000mgs every night) about a year ago and really the only thing that kept me doing it was this sub because the amount of delusional people telling me that it’s not that bad and it’s safe to do every once in a while, but it’s so fucking dumb how normalized it is on this sub it’s really a fucked up thing. The amount of children that are in this sub is very alarming, so many of you guys in this sub are going to die from this. You guys need to wake up and stop lying to yourself quit while you’re still alive. Moral of the story NO AMOUNT OF DPH IS SAFE AT ALL NO MATTER HOW MANY DAYS OFF YOU TAKE!!!
