Is this a normal amount of packers?

I’ve got no idea about diy, windows or bifolding doors so I’m hoping that people here can advise here.

I’ve had problems over the past two year with my new build and it’s bifolding doors, the company has been out numerous times to do adjustments and it just causes issues elsewhere. The company eventually said there’s nothing they could do.

After being sick of this I got another company sent out for a second opinion who reported back to the builder alot of issues. Frame being out of plumb, frame bowed in places etc.

The original company advised they’d do a full refit which happened today. I had no say in this as it’s up to the builder. Part of this was removing the reveals (this is the first time this happened so my first chance to see the packers and straps)

Is this a normal amount of packers to have? Watching videos of installations there normally only a couple. If this is as bad as I think it is what is the recourse?
