Can you bend square trunking?

So I’ve got some wire I need to run in the corner of 2 walls I’ve got some 10x10mm square trunking but one of the walls is slightly bulged in the center can I use a hair dryer as I don’t have a heat gun to warm the pvc trunking and shape it to keep true to the wall? Thanks
