Floor tiles

I’m redoing the powder room downstairs and when I pulled out the built in cabinet it didn’t have any tile under it. I don’t want to put another large cabinet in, but may have to in order to cover the space. My partner does not want to change tiles in only one small room because these are the tiles through the entire downstairs he said it will “mess with the flow”. I can’t find these tiles anywhere. The only other option is new tiles throughout the house which is more than we were wanting to spend right now.

I’ve also offered to do a small accent piece and he hates that idea as well.
